The mission and goal of Hutchinson Festivals, Inc. is:

1) To provide a family-oriented fun-filled annual event for the people of the community utilizing as many areas of the community as possible;

2) To offer a variety of arts, entertainment, and activities consisting of cultural, educational, and civic enrichment;

3) To promote and stimulate economic development in Reno County through the regional promotion of the festival as a major tourist event attraction;

4) To provide an opportunity for the businesses of Reno County to show their appreciation to the community by the funding of entertainment and activities through underwriting;

5) To provide an opportunity for the community to become aware of it's own resourcefulness through volunteerism.
